Exhibitor Info

Thank you for participating in the 6rd Annual Gift of Light World Expo, held at Veterans Memorial Hall - 300 West Broad Street, in the heart of downtown Columbus, Ohio. March 15 & 16, 2008. Saturday 10-7 and Sunday 10-6. Admission is $8 and parking is $4 per day. Upon your acceptance to the expo you will receive a confirmation packet (AROUND FEBRUARY 10th, or there after) with a weekend parking pass for one car, confirmation on your booth and what it comes with: Pipe and Drape, two 6ft. tables and as many chairs as you may need. The Gift of Light will be in the West Hall of the building. There will be other events going on in the building at that time, so we will feed one anothers' business. Our Expo has a lot to offer to the public; we post our expo on the Veterans Memorial Lighted Sign outside the building.

Load In: Friday March 14 ~ 1pm-7pm Load in will begin in the main entrance of the West Hall around 1pm and will end at 7pm. Exhibitors have the option to return on Saturday morning and begin set up at 6am. All exhibitors must have their booths set up by 10am on Saturday for the public and remain set up until 6pm on the Sunday evening of the Expo. Doors will open for exhibitors at 9AM on Sunday.

It also gives you a sense of common ground with others in this venue. You are able to network and get to know others. This could lead to your prosperity in many ways. You may become more financially stable and or you can barter with new friends and build friendships of mutual trust.

From Cleveland:

Take I-71 South and merge to 315 South to the Broad Street Exit. Turn left and go under the Railroad Bridge. COSI is on your right and Veterans Memorial Hall is on the left.

From Cincinnati:

Take I-71 North to Columbus to the Broad Street Exit. You will turn left onto Broad Street. Drive through downtown and you will pass The Palace Theatre on your right. Cross over the bridge at the river and Veterans Memorial is on your right.

From Dayton:

I-675 North to I-70 East to Columbus. Merge onto I-71 North and Broad Street will be one of the first Exits. Turn left onto Broad Street and follow it through downtown past The Palace Theatre on right. Cross over the bridge and Veterans Memorial Hall is on your right.
